PRODUCT INFORMATION

At Renewed Strands, we provide premium 100% virgin hair for extensions and wigs, designed for longevity, versatility, and luxury styling. With proper care and maintenance, our wigs and bundles can last 2+ years.

Our virgin hair can be:

  • Bleached
  • Dyed
  • Straightened
  • Curled

However, we strongly recommend consulting a professional stylist before bleaching to ensure the best results. Our virgin hair can safely be lifted to a #27 blonde tone.

We also offer premium 613 Blonde Hair, known for its softness, shine, and ability to take color beautifully. This hair type is ideal for achieving vibrant or natural color transformations and, with proper maintenance, can last over 2 years.

SIZING & CUSTOM WIG INFORMATION

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully read all product descriptions and select the correct wig size before placing an order.

If you are ordering a custom wig, you must provide accurate head measurements at the time of purchase to ensure the best fit possible.

If you are unsure how to measure your head, please refer to our measurement tutorial video for step-by-step instructions on how to properly measure for a custom wig.

Please note that Renewed Strands is not responsible for improper wig fit due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders marked as “On Hand” or “Ready to Ship” will be processed and shipped within 1–4 business days.

Extensions, premade units, and custom units not listed as ready to ship will be processed and shipped within 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

RUSH SHIPPING OPTION

Rush shipping is available for preorder items in natural colors that do not require custom coloring or additional customization.

A non-refundable rush processing fee of $100 is required.
